Description

AceMag™ DNA Purification Kit provides a rapid and efficient method for purifying DNA. This kit can be used for selective or non-selective recovery of DNA during library construction by next-generation sequencing, as well as purification and recovery of PCR products. After the MagPure in the kit is mixed with the sample in a certain proportion, the magnetic beads selectively adsorb DNA. After two-step rinsing, the eluted DNA has high purity. The DNA purified by this kit is suitable for PCR, RT-PCR, sequencing, southern blotting and other experiments. AceMag™ DNA Purification Kit rapidly isolates high-quality DNA free of hazardous chemicals and is ready to use.
