AceSeq™ Biotin 3’ End DNA Labeling Kit is designed for adding biotinylated dUTP to the 3’ end of DNA by TdT enzyme. The 3’ end of DNA is labeled and will not interfere with the hybridization reaction. And it will not interfere with EMSA detection based on sequence-specific protein binding. Therefore, biotin-labeled DNA probes can be used for conventional Northern, Southern, EMSA and colony hybridization or in situ hybridization, etc. AceSeq™ Biotin 3’ End DNA Labeling Kit that is free of hazardous chemicals has high efficiency.
