AceMag™ Animal DNA Kit

AceMag™ Animal DNA Kit is developed for extracting DNA from animal tissue samples. This kit uses buffer to lyse animal tissue samples and release genomic DNA, proteins and cell fragments and other impurities that are precipitated by centrifugation. The supernatant was transferred to a new centrifuge tube, and the genomic DNA in the supernatant was selectively adsorbed by Magnetic Beads under the action of the binding solution. A small number of impurities adsorbed by Magnetic Beads are completely removed by cleaning with washing liquid. Under the action of the eluent, Magnetic Beads release the adsorptive genomic DNA to obtain high-quality genomic DNA. Using this kit to extract genomic DNA from animal tissues does not require toxic reagents such as phenol and chloroform. The extracted DNA can be directly used in downstream experiments.
