AceSeq™ DNA and RNA Co-transfection Reagent

Description

AceSeq™ DNA and RNA Co-transfection Reagent is a reagent specially used for co-transfection of plasmid DNA, siRNA or mimics into the same cell. This reagent has excellent transfection performance, and can efficiently co-transfect plasmid DNA and siRNA into most adherent and primary cells. In adherent cells, the transfection efficiency of plasmid DNA can be as high as 90%, and the co-transfection efficiency of siRNA in plasmid-transfected positive cells can be as high as 95%. It is formulated with biodegradable materials with low toxicity to cells. AceSeq™ DNA and RNA Co-transfection Reagent that is easy to operate has excellent cell transfection performance and low cytotoxicity.
