AceSeq™ Insect DNA Kit is developed for extracting DNA from insects, arthropods, roundworms, flatworms and some animal tissues rich in polysaccharides. The principle is based on the specific combination of detergent with genomic DNA to form precipitation under the condition of appropriate ionic strength, and then further purify the DNA by centrifugal adsorption on the silica gel membrane. AceSeq™ Insect DNA Kit rapidly isolates high-quality DNA free of hazardous chemicals and is ready to use.
