Description

AceSeq™ miRNA isolation Kit is suitable for isolating and purifying high-quality small RNA from total RNA without using a spin column. Most of the obtained small RNAs are below 200 nt in length, including 5S RNA, tRNA, miRNA, Pre-miRNA, pri-miRNA, siRNA, shRNA and snRNA. The small RNA is pure, and the OD260/280 is generally above 1.9. It can be used for subsequent experiments such as RT-PCR, miRNA labeling, and microarray. AceSeq™ miRNA isolation Kit rapidly isolates high-quality miRNA free of hazardous chemicals and is ready to use.
