Description

AceSeq™ Mouse/Rat tail DNA Kit is suitable for extraction of high-purity DNA from fresh or frozen mouse or rat tails. This kit uses a unique lysis solution to effectively lyse mouse or rat tail samples. The optimized buffer system enables the DNA generated after lysis of the mouse or rat tails to be efficiently bound to the silica matrix adsorption column, while other contaminants can flow through the membrane. Inhibitors of PCR and other enzymatic reactions can be effectively removed by a two-step washing step, and finally eluted with low-salt buffer or water to obtain high-purity DNA. The purified DNA can be directly used in downstream experiments such as enzyme digestion, PCR, RT PCR, library construction, Southern Blot, and molecular markers. AceSeq™ Mouse/Rat tail DNA Kit rapidly isolates high-quality DNA free of hazardous chemicals and is ready to use.
