Description

AceSeq™ mRNA Vaccinia Capping Enzyme GMP-grade is an efficient enzyme that catalyzes the formation of cap structures. It consists of two subunits D1 and D12. This enzyme also has RNA triphosphatase activity, guanylate acyltransferase activity, and guanine methyltransferase activity, and can attach a 7-methylguanine cap structure (m7Gppp) to the 5’ end of RNA (m7Gppp5’N). This enzyme is manufactured in accordance with GMP regulations and is available in liquid form for in vivo or in vitro pre-translational mRNA capping reactions or mRNA 5’ end labeling reactions. AceSeq™ mRNA Vaccinia Capping Enzyme GMP-grade that is free of hazardous chemicals has high efficiency.
