AceSeq™ Rapid DNA Ligation Kit is designed for Covalently linking DNA together. The DNA ligation reaction catalyzes the formation of phosphodiester bonds between the 3’-OH and 5’-P of double-stranded DNA by T4 ligase to covalently link DNA together. The ligated ends of DNA can be sticky ends or blunt ends. AceSeq™ Rapid DNA Ligation Kit that is free of hazardous chemicals has high efficiency.
