Description

AceSeq™ Serum/Plasma Circulating DNA Kit offers a specific nucleic acid binding centrifugal adsorption column and a unique buffer system for extracting cell-free DNA from plasma and serum samples. After sample lysis, DNA is bound to the silica membrane under high salt conditions, and DNA elutes from the silica membrane at low salt and high pH. The obtained cell-free DNA can be directly used as PCR template, hybridization and other molecular biology experiments. AceSeq™ Serum/Plasma Circulating DNA Kit rapidly isolates high-quality DNA free of hazardous chemicals and is ready to use.
