AceSeq™ Serum/Plasma miRNA Kit is developed for extracting miRNA from serum and plasma samples. The lysis solution MZA in this kit has been developed and improved for a long time, which has stronger lysis ability and higher extraction sensitivity. The adsorption column in the kit uses special silicon matrix membrane packing, which greatly enhances its adsorption capacity for RNA, especially small RNA (<200nt), and the extracted miRNA has better purity and higher quality. All operations can be completed within 1 hour, and the extracted miRNA is free of DNA and protein contamination. The extracted product can be used for routine experiments such as Northern Blot, Dot Blot, PolyA screening, in vitro translation, RNase protection analysis and molecular cloning.
