AceSeq™ T7 High Yield RNA Synthesis Kit optimizes the transcription reaction system. The kit uses T7 RNA polymerase, linear double-stranded DNA with T7 promoter sequence as template, and NTPs as substrate to control the DNA sequence downstream of the promoter, which can efficiently synthesize single-stranded RNA.
