AceSeq™ T7 RNA polymerase

Description

AceSeq™ T7 RNA polymerase is a phage T7 RNA polymerase derived from E. coli recombinant expression. It uses double-stranded DNA containing the T7 promoter sequence (5’-TAATACGACT CACTATAG*-3’) as the template and NTP as the substrate to synthesize the reverse single-stranded DNA complementary RNA downstream of the promoter. The DNA with double-stranded linear blunt ends or 5’ overhangs can be used as a template for T7 RNA polymerase, so linear plasmids and PCR products can be used as templates for in vitro synthesis of RNA.
