Description

AceSeq™ T7 RNA Polymerase GMP-grade is a phage T7 RNA polymerase derived from recombinant protein expression in E. coli. It catalyzes the 5’ end to the 3’ end synthesis of RNA on double-stranded DNA from its T7 promoter sequence and uses NTPs as substrates. The DNA with double-stranded linear blunt ends or 5’ overhangs can serve as a template for T7 RNA polymerase. This enzyme is manufactured in accordance with GMP regulations and is available in liquid form. AceSeq™ T7 RNA Polymerase GMP-grade that is free of hazardous chemicals has high efficiency.
