Description

Cell Transfection Kit (Nanopolymer Method), developed by AcceGen, is a nanoparticle-based transfection reagent specifically designed for highly efficient delivery of plasmid DNA into eukaryotic cells. Its mechanism involves the formation of positively charged polyplexes between the nanopolymer and DNA, which readily adhere to the cell membrane and are internalized via endocytosis, leading to intracellular delivery and subsequent plasmid expression. This product demonstrates high transfection efficiency, excellent reproducibility, and low cytotoxicity across a wide range of commonly used mammalian cell lines. It allows transfection to be performed directly in complete media containing serum and antibiotics without medium replacement, offering simplicity, reliability, and consistency in operation.
