CMV Specific T Cells population specifically recognizes an HLA-B35 restricted CMV pp65 peptide.
CMV Specific T Cells, HLA-B*35 restricted, are human T lymphocytes isolated from peripheral blood that specifically recognize an HLA-B35-restricted CMV pp65 peptide. Following the primary culture, these cells are cryopreserved. These cells are being studied for their potential use in adoptive immunotherapy. In vitro, these cells exhibit limited proliferative capacity, and repeated freezing and thawing during culture should be avoided. Cells should be cultured according to AcceGen’s recommended culture conditions. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

CMV Specific T Cells (HLA-B*35 restricted) provide an ex vivo model for exploring T cell immunity to cytomegalovirus in individuals with this HLA subtype. These cells are instrumental in research on antigen presentation, viral immune evasion, and T cell cross-reactivity.
