Target
DDR1 (Discoidin Domain Receptor 1) encodes a receptor tyrosine kinase activated by collagen and is involved in cell adhesion, migration, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition. It is implicated in fibrosis and multiple cancers. Cynomolgus DDR1 shares high sequence identity with human DDR1, making it a suitable model for translational research.
