The Cyno_DDR2 CHOK1 cell line is a stable overexpression model that meets customer needs, facilitating in-depth exploration of collagen signaling.
Cyno_DDR2 CHOK1 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected CHOK1 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Cynomolgus monkey DDR2 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous cyno DDR2 gene into CHOK1 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors.
Target
DDR2 is a receptor tyrosine kinase activated by collagen, regulating mesenchymal cell adhesion, tissue remodeling, and tumor metastasis. The cynomolgus DDR2 sequence shares high homology with the human ortholog, making it suitable for cross-species pharmacological validation. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines from various species. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
