Cyno_EP4 293T Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected 293T parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Cynomolgus monkey EP4 (PTGER4) overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous cyno EP4 gene into 293T host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors.
Target
EP4 is a G protein-coupled receptor for prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), involved in inflammation, immune regulation, and tumorigenesis. EP4 is implicated in pain signaling, cardiovascular functions, and cancer immunosuppression. AcceGen offers stable overexpression models for prostaglandin receptors and immune targets. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
