The Cyno_FLT3 CHOK1 cell line provides an ideal platform for studying FLT3 targeted compounds, supporting cross-species pharmacology and safety analysis.
Cyno_FLT3 CHOK1 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected Chinese hamster ovary (CHOK1) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Cyno_FLT3 CHOK1 cell line is generated by stable integration of cynomolgus monkey FLT3 gene into CHOK1 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors.
Target
FLT3 encodes Fms-like tyrosine kinase 3, a receptor involved in hematopoietic stem cell proliferation and survival. In preclinical models, expression of cynomolgus FLT3 provides a relevant platform for studying cross-species receptor pharmacology and safety profiling. Cyno_FLT3-expressing cells are valuable in assessing the specificity and off-target effects of FLT3-targeting compounds in non-human primate systems. AcceGen offers generation of species-specific or customized gene expression cell lines. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.

The Cyno_FLT3 CHOK1 Cell Line serves as a powerful tool to evaluate FLT3-targeted therapeutics in a cynomolgus background. This model enables preclinical testing for cross-reactivity, receptor activation, and kinase inhibition. It is utilized for safety assessment, pharmacodynamic analysis, and antibody-based screening during drug development.
