The Cyno_TNFSF14 293T cell line provides a powerful tool for studying LIGHT signaling and immune responses, facilitating translational medicine research.
Cyno_TNFSF14 293T Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected 293T parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Cynomolgus monkey TNFSF14 (LIGHT) overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous cyno TNFSF14 gene into 293T host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors.
Target
TNFSF14 encodes a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand superfamily member involved in T cell activation, NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity, and immune surveillance. It binds to HVEM and LTβR, promoting inflammatory and anti-tumor responses. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
