Description

Cynomolgus Monkey CD20+ B Cells are purified B lymphocytes isolated from the peripheral blood of healthy Cynomolgus monkeys (Macaca fascicularis). These cells are characterized by the expression of CD20, a specific surface marker associated with B cells, which plays a crucial role in B cell development, activation, and differentiation. CD20+ B cells are pivotal in antibody production and are extensively utilized in immunology research, particularly in studies related to autoimmune diseases, vaccine development, and immunotherapy. These cells are cryopreserved immediately after isolation to ensure high viability and functionality upon thawing, making them ideal for a wide range of experimental applications. Each vial contains >1 × 106 cells in 1 ml volume.
