GFP/Luciferase Raji Cell Line offers stable dual-reporter expression for longitudinal studies of lymphoma metastasis and treatment response mechanisms.
GFP/Luciferase Raji Cell Line is a dual-reporter human B-lymphocyte model derived from Raji cells (a Burkitt’s lymphoma line) through stable co-expression of green fluorescent protein (GFP) and Luciferase (Luc). This engineered cell line maintains characteristic Raji cell morphology and growth kinetics while providing both fluorescent and bioluminescent tracking capabilities. The GFP marker enables real-time visualization of cellular localization and migration through fluorescence imaging, while the luciferase reporter permits sensitive quantitative monitoring of tumor burden in vivo via bioluminescence imaging (BLI). Particularly valuable for lymphoma research and immunotherapy development, this dual-reporter system allows cross-validation between imaging modalities and facilitates studies of tumor metastasis, drug response, and cell trafficking. Cells demonstrate stable expression of both reporters when maintained at low passage numbers (<P20), ensuring experimental reproducibility. The cell line is rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast and Bacteria.

The GFP/Luciferase Raji Cell Line is a dual-reporter B-lymphoma model stably expressing both green fluorescent protein (GFP) and luciferase, enabling multimodal tracking of tumor cells. This system combines fluorescence microscopy for cellular localization with sensitive bioluminescence quantification for longitudinal monitoring, making it ideal for xenograft studies, metastasis research, and immunotherapy evaluation. The cell line maintains native Raji cell characteristics while providing consistent reporter expression. Culture in RPMI-1640 medium with 10% FBS and appropriate antibiotics ensures stable performance in both in vitro and in vivo applications.
