GFP/Luciferase Raji Cell Line is a dual-reporter human B-lymphocyte model derived from Raji cells (a Burkitt’s lymphoma line) through stable co-expression of green fluorescent protein (GFP) and Luciferase (Luc). This engineered cell line maintains characteristic Raji cell morphology and growth kinetics while providing both fluorescent and bioluminescent tracking capabilities. The GFP marker enables real-time visualization of cellular localization and migration through fluorescence imaging, while the luciferase reporter permits sensitive quantitative monitoring of tumor burden in vivo via bioluminescence imaging (BLI). Particularly valuable for lymphoma research and immunotherapy development, this dual-reporter system allows cross-validation between imaging modalities and facilitates studies of tumor metastasis, drug response, and cell trafficking. Cells demonstrate stable expression of both reporters when maintained at low passage numbers (<P20), ensuring experimental reproducibility. The cell line is rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast and Bacteria.
