Human Alpha-synuclein (GFP) Stable Cell Line is derived from HEK293 cells and engineered to stably express full-length human alpha-synuclein fused to GFP. The GFP fusion enables visualization of alpha-synuclein localization and expression patterns. GFP expression in the stable cell population has been confirmed by flow cytometry. This cell line provides a useful model for investigating alpha-synuclein biology, including protein localization and preliminary compound screening.
