Adipose derived Adult Stem Cells (POOLED)
HighQC™ Adipose-Derived Adult Stem Cells (POOLED) are adult stem cells isolated from human adipose tissue obtained from multiple healthy donors, pooled to provide a representative and consistent cell population for research purposes. These cells exhibit robust proliferative capacity, supporting expansion over multiple passages under adherent culture conditions. Morphologically, they display a spindle-shaped, fibroblast-like appearance and grow as a monolayer with elongated cytoplasm and clonal growth characteristics. These cells express classical mesenchymal stem cell markers, including CD73, CD90, and CD105. Functionally, they possess self-renewal capability and multipotent differentiation potential, allowing differentiation into osteogenic, chondrogenic, and adipogenic lineages, and under specialized culture conditions, potential differentiation into neural-like or endothelial-like cells. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

HighQC™ Adipose-Derived Adult Stem Cells (POOLED), also known as Pooled human adipose-derived stem cells, Multi-donor ADSC pool, and Pooled human ASCs, serve as a versatile in vitro model for research in basic stem cell biology, tissue engineering, and cell differentiation. These cells are well suited for investigating extracellular matrix interactions, intracellular signaling pathways, metabolic regulation, and gene expression dynamics. Owing to their stable growth characteristics and mesenchymal-like properties, they provide a robust and reproducible platform for mechanistic and functional studies requiring reliable adult stem cell populations.
