Human Adult Ventricular Stem Cell; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Human Adult Ventricular Cardiac Stem Cells are a population of adult cardiac stem cells isolated from the ventricular myocardium of human hearts. In vitro, these cells display an elongated, fibroblast-like morphology and grow as adherent monolayers under standard culture conditions. These human ventricular cardiac stem cells exhibit limited proliferative capacity in vitro and retain their stemness-related features within a restricted passage range. These cells express key stem cell-associated markers such as c-Kit, Sca-1, and MDR1, as well as cardiac-related proteins including troponin. They are suited for myocardial regeneration, ischemic heart disease modeling, and cardiac tissue engineering applications. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Adult Ventricular Cardiac Stem Cells serve as a powerful tool for cardiovascular research and therapeutic development. These cells are used for myocardial regeneration studies, where their differentiation potential can be harnessed to generate functional cardiomyocytes for cell replacement therapies. They are also used in cardiotoxicity screening platforms, offering a human-relevant system for evaluating drug safety profiles in preclinical studies.
