Human Amniotic Fluid/Membrane Stem Cell; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Human Amniotic Fluid/Membrane Stem Cells are a population of multipotent stem cells isolated from human amniotic fluid and amniotic membrane tissue, collected during routine cesarean sections under ethical consent. These cells exhibit fibroblast-like morphology and adhere to plastic culture surfaces. They express mesenchymal stem cell markers including CD 34, CD 133, Nestin; Oct4, confirmed by flow cytometry. These stem cells possess multipotent differentiation potential, capable of differentiating into osteogenic, chondrogenic, and adipogenic lineages. Due to their immunomodulatory properties and low immunogenicity, they are promising for regenerative therapies. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Amniotic Fluid/Membrane Stem Cells, Human amniotic fluid stem cells (hAFSCs), are extensively used in regenerative medicine for tissue repair, including bone, cartilage, skin, and neural tissue regeneration. Their immunomodulatory effects make them valuable in treating inflammatory diseases and autoimmune disorders. As Amniotic membrane derived MSCs and Human amnion stem cells, they serve as models for studying stem cell differentiation, immune interactions, and drug screening. Their unique properties enable applications in cell therapy, wound healing, and potentially as a source for organ repair.
