HighQC™ Human Bone Marrow Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cell/Type II Diabetes Patient offers a valuable disease-specific model for metabolic disorder research.
HighQC™ Human Bone Marrow Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells / Type II Diabetes Patient are primary mesenchymal Stem Cells isolated from the posterior superior iliac crest bone marrow of donors with Type II Diabetes. These cells express the specific markers of mesenchymal lineage, including CD73, CD90, and CD105. They retain multipotent differentiation capacity, similar to that of the Bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells (BM-MSCs) from healthy individuals, and are capable of differentiating into adipocytes and osteoblasts under appropriate induction conditions. These cells provide a pathophysiologically relevant model to study diabetes-associated cellular alterations. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Bone Marrow Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (BM-MSCs) / Type II Diabetes Patient serve as a unique tool for advancing regenerative approaches in T2DM research. They can be applied for preclinical and translational studies to explore β-cell function restoration through cell transplantation therapy. Autologous BM-MSC infusion transiently reduces HbA1c and fasting blood glucose levels in T2DM patients, leveraging their paracrine-mediated pancreatic regeneration to improve insulin sensitivity and metabolic control.
