Advance aging research with HighQC™ Human Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cell-Elderly Donor for senescence, osteogenesis, and immune modulation.
HighQC™ Human Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cell-Elderivedly Donor is isolated from bone marrow aspirates of an aged donor. These cells display a characteristic spindle-shaped, fibroblast-like morphology, adhere to culture surface and express markers including CD44, CD73, CD90, CD105, and CD166. The cells are multipotential stromal cells with immuno-modulatory capacities and can differentiate into osteoblasts, adipocytes, and chondrocytes under defined conditions. Although not pluripotent, bone marrow-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) have been reported to exhibit plasticity under specific stimuli, potentially giving rise to endothelial-like, neural-like, and muscle-like cells in vitro. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cell-Elderivedly Donor serves as a tool for studying age-related pathologies and evaluating therapeutic efficacy. Specifically, elderly donor-derived BM-MSCs (bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells), as representative age-related bone marrow stem cells, are utilized as in vitro models to investigate mechanisms underlying age-associated bone loss and immunosenescence. These cells are further applied in cell therapy development for degenerative diseases, enabling researchers to assess the impact of donor age on regenerative potential.
