HighQC™ Human Bone Marrow Stromal Cells (Postnatal) support regenerative medicine, multipotent differentiation, and bone marrow microenvironment studies.
HighQC™ Human Bone Marrow Stromal Cells (Postnatal) (Postnatal BM-MSC) are isolated from mononuclear cells of adult human bone marrow collected from a single healthy donor. These adherent, fibroblast-like cells exhibit stable proliferation and express typical mesenchymal markers. Postnatal BM-MSC possess trilineage differentiation capacity into osteoblasts, adipocytes, and chondrocytes under defined conditions. They maintain chromosomal stability in vitro and secrete trophic factors involved in tissue repair and immune regulation. Postnatal BM-MSC are widely applied in orthopedic, immunological, and preclinical therapeutic research models. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Bone Marrow Stromal Cells (Postnatal) (Postnatal BM-MSC) are used in studies of bone and cartilage regeneration, immune modulation, and hematopoietic support. Their ability to differentiate into mesodermal lineages makes them ideal for orthopedic modeling, and osteoarthritis therapy screening. Additionally, they are used in immunosuppressive assays, wound healing models, and drug biocompatibility testing platforms, as these postnatal human BMSCs (human bone marrow stromal cells) provide a physiologically relevant experimental system.
