Human Breast Epithelial Stem Cell; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Human Breast Epithelial Stem Cells are derived from normal human mammary tissue and enriched through selective culture in serum-free, growth factor-defined media that supports the proliferation of undifferentiated epithelial progenitors. These cells exhibit typical epithelial morphology and express key stem cell and basal markers such as Oct 4, TRA1-60, TRA1-81, telomerase, SSEA 3/4, AP, CK19, ESA, Sox 2, CD117. They possess high clonogenic potential and can differentiate into luminal and myoepithelial lineages under appropriate in vitro conditions, indicating multipotency. HighQC™ Breast Epithelial Stem Cells serve as a vital model for studying epithelial homeostasis, breast development, and early-stage tumorigenesis. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Breast Epithelial Stem Cells are widely used in studies of breast tissue regeneration, ductal morphogenesis, hormone response, and epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT). Their multipotent nature makes them an ideal in vitro model for investigating mammary stem cell hierarchy and breast cancer origin. These cells, as breast epithelial progenitor cells, can be employed in 3D culture systems, organoid formation, and gene expression studies to understand normal development and identify targets for early breast cancer detection or prevention. Their responsiveness to hormonal and microenvironmental cues supports applications in endocrine and toxicology research.
