Human Endothelial transdifferentiated from Human Cord Blood derived Stem Cell;
HighQC™ human endothelial differentiation cells are specialized endothelial-like cells derived from human cord blood-derived stem cells. These cells represent a terminally differentiated population characterized by typical endothelial morphology, including a cobblestone-like appearance under adherent culture conditions. They express key endothelial markers such as CD31, CD144, and von Willebrand Factor. Under defined in vitro induction conditions, these cells can be further directed toward specialized endothelial subtypes, including arterial-like endothelial cells, venous-like endothelial cells, and microvascular endothelial-like cells. Functionally, these cells demonstrate hallmark endothelial behaviors, including the ability to form capillary-like tube structures in vitro and respond to angiogenic stimuli such as VEGF. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Endothelial Differentiation From Human Stem Cells provide an in vitro research system for studying endothelial lineage specification and vascular-related cellular functions. These cells are applied in studies of endothelial biology, cell-cell interactions, and vascular network formation within controlled experimental and tissue-engineering research models. These cells represent Stem cell-derived endothelial cells, including populations such as Human iPSC-derived endothelial cells and models of Endothelial differentiation from hESC, supporting comprehensive investigations into endothelial development and function.
