Human Fetal Cardiac Stem Cell; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Human Fetal Cardiac Stem Cells are isolated from human fetal heart tissue during mid-gestation and exhibit robust regenerative potential. These cells display a small, round-to-oval morphology and express core cardiac progenitor markers such as c-Kit, Isl1, and CD44, confirmed via immunocytochemistry and flow cytometry. They possess clonogenic ability, multilineage potential, and a high proliferative index. Under appropriate cues, these fetal-derived cardiac stem cells can differentiate into cardiomyocytes, endothelial cells, and smooth muscle cells. Cultured under defined growth factor conditions, they maintain primitive characteristics and pluripotent-like gene expression. These features make them highly suitable for modeling early human cardiac development and regenerative applications. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Fetal Cardiac Stem Cells are a valuable tool for studying cardiogenesis, congenital heart defects, and early cardiac lineage commitment. These cells are widely used in cardiac tissue engineering, myocardial repair studies, and screening cardioprotective drugs. They also enable the development of in vitro human heart models and patient-specific cardiac disease modeling using gene-editing or co-culture platforms.
