Description

HighQC™ Human IPSC-Derived Neural Stem Cells-Alzheimer's Disease Patient (PSEN1 L286V) are generated from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) derived from a patient carrying the PSEN1 L286V mutation. They express typical markers of cortical neural stem and progenitor cells, such as PAX6, FOXG1, and Nestin, and spontaneously form polarized neural rosette structures when seeded as monolayers. They provide a valuable model for investigating alterations in γ-secretase activity, dysregulated APP processing, and downstream tau pathology. These PSEN1 L286V iPSC-derived NSCs are suitable for drug screening, CRISPR gene editing, and mechanistic studies related to early-onset familial Alzheimer's disease. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
