Description

HighQC™ Human IPSC-Derived Neural Stem Cells-MAPT V337M HET are a human iPSC-derived neural stem cell line with a heterozygous V337M mutation (GTG>ATG) introduced into the MAPT gene using CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing. One allele carries the mutation, while the other is wild-type. These neural stem cells express typical markers of cortical neural stem and progenitor cells, including PAX6, FOXG1, and Nestin. These cells are well suited for studying the effects of tau mutations during the preclinical phase of disease and for identifying early biomarkers. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
