Description

HighQC™ Human IPSC-Derived Neural Stem Cells-MAPT V337M HOM are a human iPSC-derived neural stem cell line with a homozygous V337M mutation (GTG>ATG) introduced into the MAPT gene using CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing. Both alleles carry the V337M mutation. These neural stem cells express typical markers of cortical neural stem and progenitor cells, including PAX6, FOXG1, and Nestin. This NSC line supports research into tau-related synaptic deficits, cellular stress responses, and high-throughput drug screening targeting tauopathies. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
