Cell Type iPSC Primary Tissue Corneal epithelial cells Reprogramming Method Episomal Plasmid.
HighQC™ Human iPSC From Corneal Epithelial Cells-Control is a normal human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line derived from primary corneal epithelial cells obtained from a healthy donor. The reprogramming was performed using non-integrating episomal plasmid method. The resulting iPSCs exhibit adherent growth with well-defined borders and a high nucleus-to-cytoplasm ratio. The cells serve as normal controls for corneal development research. They retain the fundamental capacity for trilineage differentiation into cell types representing the ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm germ layers. Core pluripotency marker SSEA-4 is expressed. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

HighQC™ Human iPSC From Corneal Epithelial Cells-Control serves as a critical baseline for ocular developmental and disease modeling research. Its pluripotent capacity enables differentiation into corneal epithelial cells and other ocular lineages. This system provides an essential reference for studying corneal development, validating gene-editing protocols, and establishing normal parameters for comparative studies against disease-specific corneal models.
