HighQC™ Human Mesenchymal Stem Cell-Green Fluorescent-Labeled, ideal for stem cell tracking, regenerative medicine, and cell-based therapy research.
HighQC™ Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells-Green Fluorescent-Labeled are mesenchymal stem cells derived from bone marrow aspirates of healthy donors. Compared with non-fluorescent-labeled bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) counterparts, these cells maintain comparable morphology, plastic adherence, and proliferation capacity. They have the ability to transdifferentiate into neurons and glial cells under defined conditions. Their fluorescent labeling allows precise in vitro imaging and in vivo cell-tracking applications without compromising cellular phenotype or function. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells-Green Fluorescent-Labeled serve as a critical tool for non-invasive cell tracking in transplantation studies and neural differentiation research. These genetically engineered cells stably express enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP), enabling real-time visualization of cell migration, survival, and integration dynamics in preclinical models of central nervous system (CNS) injury or disease. This model provides essential insights into mesenchymal stem cell plasticity and supports mechanistic studies for CNS repair strategies.
