Human Pancreatic Stem Cell; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Human Pancreatic Stem Cells are multipotent progenitor cells isolated from human pancreatic tissue. These cells exhibit typical stem cell morphology. They play essential roles in pancreatic development and lineage specification. Closely resembling in vivo pancreatic progenitors, these cells provide a physiologically relevant model for studying early pancreas organogenesis, regenerative biology, and developmental disorders. Under proper expansion protocols, they maintain a stable karyotype and retain multipotency without signs of malignant transformation. Expanded lines can be cryopreserved and revived with sustained proliferative and differentiation capacity. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Pancreatic Stem Cells serve as a robust platform for modeling human pancreatic islet development, endocrine lineage commitment, and diabetes-related pathophysiology. Their ability to differentiate into insulin-producing β-like cells, along with glucagon-producing α-like and somatostatin-positive δ-like cells, makes them highly valuable for preclinical drug screening, cell replacement therapy research, and biomaterials testing for pancreatic tissue engineering.
