Heritable Diseases Muscular Dystrophies CMD Specific;
HighQC™ Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells, From Muscular Dystrophy, are derived from patients with Muscular Dystrophy and reprogrammed using a non-integrating episomal vector system. Reprogramming is achieved through transient expression of a defined combination of transcription factors, typically including OCT4, SOX2, KLF4, and c-MYC. These cells retain robust differentiation potential, capable of generating cell lineages representative of the three germ layers—ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm—through directed differentiation protocols. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells, From Muscular dystrophy, including muscular dystrophy human iPSC line and MD patient-derived iPSCs, are used in basic research and preclinical drug screening related to muscular dystrophy. This cell model allows researchers to reproduce the genetic and cytopathological features of Muscular Dystrophy in vitro, enabling in-depth studies of the disease’s pathogenesis.
