Parkinsonism disease hiPSC sample, derived from fibroblast of dermis.
HighQC™ human induced pluripotent stem cells derived from fibroblasts of Parkinson’s disease patients are generated using an RNA-based Sendai virus. These cells express pluripotency markers such as OCT4 and SSEA4. Cytogenetic analysis demonstrates a normal human karyotype and long-term genetic stability across multiple passages. These cells retain full differentiation capacity, enabling their directed differentiation into all three germ layers—ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm—under appropriate conditions. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells, from Parkinson’s disease, support in vitro modeling of dopaminergic neuron degeneration, mitochondrial dysfunction, and Parkinson’s disease-relevant cellular mechanisms. They represent a Parkinson’s disease human iPSC line, including PD patient-derived iPSCs, supporting disease-specific modeling and mechanistic studies. Their disease-specific genetic background makes them particularly valuable for modeling Parkinson’s disease pathogenesis.
