Explore AcceGen's HighQC™ Monkey iPSC from Bone Marrow CD34+. Elevate your scientific research with our premium, validated stem cell products.
HighQC™ Monkey iPSCs are reprogrammed from CD34⁺ hematopoietic progenitor cells isolated from monkey bone marrow using defined transcription factors (Oct3/4, Sox2, Klf4, c-Myc) delivered via integration-free vectors. These pluripotent stem cells exhibit stable hESC-like morphology, normal karyotype, and strong expression of pluripotency markers including TRA-1-60, SSEA4, and NANOG. With demonstrated ability to differentiate into derivatives of all three germ layers, they provide a robust and versatile platform for cross-species disease modeling, regenerative medicine, toxicology testing, and advancing non-human primate iPSC research in translational biology. Their genetic stability and reliable differentiation capacity make them an excellent resource for long-term studies requiring reproducible and physiologically relevant preclinical models. The cells are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast and Bacteria.

HighQC™ Monkey iPSC from Bone Marrow CD34⁺ provides a versatile platform for a wide range of research applications. These cells are ideally suited for cross-species disease modeling, enabling comparative studies between primates and humans. Their robust pluripotency makes them valuable for iPSC differentiation studies and the generation of lineage-specific cell types. In regenerative medicine, they support the development of novel therapies, while in toxicology and safety testing, they offer physiologically relevant preclinical models.
