Mouse Cardiac Stem Cell; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Mouse Cardiac Stem Cells (CSCs) are isolated from adult mouse heart tissue, enriched for cells expressing stem cell antigen-1 (Sca-1) and early cardiac transcription factors including Nkx2.5 and GATA4. These CSCs exhibit small, round to spindle-shaped morphology and adhere readily to standard tissue culture plastic. At early passages, they maintain a stable diploid karyotype and demonstrate robust clonogenic potential. These murine heart-derived stem cells exhibit differentiation potential into cardiomyocytes, smooth muscle, and endothelial lineages under defined induction protocols, making them valuable for modeling cardiac multipotency in vitro. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Mouse CSCs provide a robust and physiologically relevant in vitro model for cardiovascular regeneration research. They are ideal for investigating mechanisms of myocardial repair, stem cell–based therapeutic screening, and cell-matrix interactions in cardiac tissue remodeling. Their multipotent nature enables studies of cardiomyocyte differentiation, vascular lineage specification, and paracrine signaling roles of CSCs in heart failure or ischemic injury.
