Mouse Endothelial Progenitor Stem Cells; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Mouse Endothelial Progenitor Cells (EPC) are primary progenitor cells isolated from the bone marrow of healthy mice. These non-reprogrammed cells exhibit cobblestone or spindle-shaped morphology during expansion in adherent cultures. These mouse bone marrow derived EPCs co-express early EPC surface markers CD34, CD133. Karyotype analysis confirms genomic stability at early passages. HighQC™ Mouse EPCs retain clonogenic potential and can differentiate into mature endothelial cells under angiogenic conditions both in vitro and in vivo. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Mouse EPCs provide a robust system for modeling post-natal vasculogenesis, vascular regeneration, and ischemia-related pathophysiology. They support in vitro assays of migration, tube formation, and endothelial-specific gene expression, as well as screening of pro-angiogenic or anti-angiogenic drug candidates. These cells are also used in murine ischemia models—such as hindlimb or myocardial infarction—to study neovascularization mechanisms, endothelial repair, and cell-based vascular therapies.
