Mouse Epithelial Stem Cells; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Mouse Epithelial Stem Cells are isolated from the basal layer of epithelial tissues in mice. These cells exhibit typical small, round to oval morphology with a high nucleus-to-cytoplasm ratio and grow as tightly packed colonies in adherent monolayers. These cells express key epithelial stem cell markers, including Lgr5 and Sox9. Early-passage cultures demonstrate karyotypic stability via cytogenetic analysis and exhibit telomerase activity, consistent with stem cell identity. These cells are non-tumorigenic and serve as a robust model to study epithelial homeostasis, regeneration, and early oncogenic transformation. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

These epithelial stem cells are ideal for modeling intestinal regeneration, stem cell niche interactions, and epithelial differentiation in vitro. They support 3D organoid formation, wound-healing assays, and studies of lineage specification into enterocytes, goblet cells, paneth cells, and enteroendocrine cells. HighQC™ Mouse Epithelial Stem Cells provide a reproducible platform for drug screening, intestinal stem cell (ISC) biology, and disease modeling of gastrointestinal disorders, including inflammatory bowel disease and colorectal cancer.
