Non-Human Primate CD34+ Hematopoeitic Stem Cells provide high-quality stem cells for hematopoiesis, transplantation, and immunology research applications.
HighQC™ Non-Human Primate CD34+ Hematopoietic Stem Cells are derived from bone marrow or peripheral blood of non-human primates, including African green monkeys, baboons, cynomolgus macaques, and other non-human primate species. These cells are characterized by CD34 expression and represent a population of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells capable of giving rise to major blood cell lineages, including erythrocytes, leukocytes, and thrombocytes. They possess self-renewal capabilities, enabling long-term propagation while maintaining their stem cell characteristics. Upon appropriate cytokine stimulation, they can be induced to differentiate into functional blood cells, making them an invaluable resource for hematopoiesis studies, gene therapy research, and bone marrow transplantation models. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

HighQC™ Non-Human Primate CD34+ Hematopoietic Stem Cells, also known as NHP CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells, including Cynomolgus/Rhesus CD34+ HSCs and non-human primate blood stem cells, support studies of hematopoietic development and lineage differentiation due to their multipotent capacity. They can differentiate into erythroid, myeloid, and lymphoid lineages, enabling investigation of lineage commitment and stem cell fate regulation. These cells are also suitable for in vitro disease modeling, including gene function analysis and pathway studies in hematological and immune-related disorders. They can also be utilized in co-culture and advanced 3D culture systems to explore microenvironmental regulatory mechanisms.
