HighQC™ Rat Bone Marrow Derived Stem Cells are isolated from the femoral bone marrow of healthy rats. These cells exhibit spindle-shaped or round morphology under standard adherent culture and express typical stem/progenitor markers such as CD90, CD44. They demonstrate the capacity to differentiate into osteoblasts, adipocytes, and chondrocytes, and may also support hematopoiesis and immunomodulation under defined protocols. This stem cell population is valuable for applications in regenerative modeling, immune regulation, and stromal support biology. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.
