Human 2Ig_B7H3 Raji Cell Line is a modified human B lymphocyte cell line (Raji) stably expressing the two-Ig domain isoform of human B7H3 (CD276). The cell line is designed for immuno-oncology research.
Target
B7H3 (CD276) is an immune checkpoint molecule overexpressed in various solid tumors. The 2Ig isoform plays a role in tumor immune evasion and is a promising target for antibody-based therapies.
