Bone Marrow is obtained from adult Acute Lymphoid Leukemia patients.
Human Acute Lymphoid Leukemia Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells (Relapsed/Refractory) are isolated from adult patients diagnosed with relapsed or refractory acute lymphoid leukemia (ALL). Bone marrow samples are diluted with phosphate-buffered saline and subjected to density gradient centrifugation to isolate the mononuclear cell population. These cells may include leukemic blasts, lymphocytes, and other mononuclear subsets. The cells are suitable for further immunophenotyping or subpopulation isolation and are ideal for modeling advanced-stage ALL and evaluating novel treatments for refractory ALL. To ensure the quality of these primary cells, repeated freeze-thaw cycles are not recommended due to the fragile nature of these cells. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Acute Lymphoid Leukemia Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells (Relapsed/Refractory) are useful for studying leukemic relapse mechanisms, drug resistance, clonal evolution, and immune evasion. They can be applied in assays such as flow cytometry, cytogenetic profiling, transcriptome sequencing, drug sensitivity screening, apoptosis assays, and T/B cell receptor repertoire analysis. These cells support research on novel immunotherapies and personalized treatment strategies for relapsed or refractory ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukemia), and making them valuable for studying adaptive resistance in acute lymphoid leukemia and mononuclear cell survival in refractory leukemia.
