Description

AcceGen provides human adipose-derived stem cells (hADSCs) from the adipose tissue of obese patients (BMI > 30). These cells are cryopreserved at passage 1. hADSCs are positive for CD29, CD44, CD73, CD90, CD105, and negative for CD14, CD31, CD45. hADSCs can be in vitro differentiated into adipocytes and osteoblasts. hADSCs can be further expanded for 3-4 passages under the condition suggested by AcceGen.
